We are offering a 1 hour class of Yoga instruction on Saturday morning at 8:30am to help get all of your kinks worked out and prepare your body, mind and spirit for the rest of the weekend!
We recognize that everyone who practices Yoga is on a different level. To help our instructor understand her attendees, when you register, please make selections so that we can determine the type of instruction to offer. Find those different options below.
