You still have the option of coming Wednesday night through Sunday night!
If you would like to arrive on Wednesday evening, you may arrive at the hotel after 3:00 p.m. and unload the car, and check in your sleeping room. Feel free to relax in the hot tub or heated pool, enjoy a relaxing dinner at the restaurant downstairs or nearby around town. Cropping space will not be open until after 12:00 noon on Thursday for unpacking or cropping. Keep your eyes on Facebook, as we may open it earlier.
If you choose to arrive on Thursday, your crop area will be ready at 12:00 pm, and your sleeping rooms ready at 5:00 pm.
You MUST book any extra nights with our group (the Monday, Tuesday before Winterfest, or Wednesday), otherwise you may wind up with a more expensive rate as well as needing to change rooms mid-stay, and it complicates our contract. The front desk may have difficulty meeting room requests for the group and may ask you to move, it causes a bit of confusion for them. If you decide to add a night at the last minute it’s not a problem, just go to the registration form select that option and submit with payment. As we do not collect any payments onsite, payment must accompany the form, or the reservation will not be made.
You’ll just pick up your key at the front desk if you arrive before Wednesday.

We are still working on getting help for you to unload and load your car. There is the possibility of hotel staff helping with this, but will need to be prearranged. Stay tuned…
