LATE REGISTRATION: 10/1/21
Wednesday– 4:00 pm check in available, see your host for additional information and costs. We haven’t begun to set up at this point, so if we see you before 12:00 pm on Thursday you will probably be put to work! (you’ve been warned!) Feel free to choose this option, have a nice dinner downstairs, sluff off your drive in the hot tub or heated pool, wake up to a leisurely breakfast and hit the outlets!
Thursday– 12:00 pm OK to come in and set up!
Thursday– 5:00 pm Room Check in.
Friday– Drop in and begin cropping anytime, although sleeping rooms will not be available for check in until 5:00p.m. Unpack your things and set up to leave in secured room until then. Shop with our vendors who open at 9:00 a.m.! A full list of products for your every need. Break for dinner whenever but announcements are at 6:00 p.m. Auction starts at 9:00 pm
Saturday– Breakfast at your leisure on your own, drop in between 7:00 am and 9:00 a.m. at the restaurant downstairs Plus coffee /microwave /fridge in your double accommodations! BRING YOUR NAME TAG, it’s your ticket for a special menu just for you!
Lunch on your own, drop in between 11:00 and 2:00 pm BRING YOUR NAME TAG, it’s your ticket for a special menu just for you!
A fun, festival of a day w/prizes and surprises! Meal plans available on site so there is no hitch in your Get-a-long and Getting it Done’! Do you have the stamina to go 24hrs? Get comfy in your jammies and keep on croppin’! Plan for dinner on your own Saturday night whether you bag it, have it brought in or break away to area restaurants. On-Site Touch of Italy (TOP NOTCH!) will be open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Door Prizes at 5:00 pm; Final Ms. WinterFEST crowned before 10:00 pm. at a random predetermined time, but a surprise to keep it fair!

If you are still standing (or able to sit!) saunter on down following your breakfast then break your own personal record for speed cropping! Check out of rooms at 11:00 a.m. unless you are staying thru Monday. Check out of crop room at 11:00 noon on Monday. We’re expecting to hold additional classes on Sunday. Plan on the rest of your meals on your own.
Monday – Well, for those who just have by this time worn us all out! This option is for you die hards! There will be a package available to stay Sunday night as well. Check out of hotel and cropping room is Monday at 11:00 .am. Your hosts will have packed up by this point so will be much like Thursday. We’ve been here 5 days already, but you are free to finish up your projects, good luck!
